Who are we really?

We’re a mom and daughter - Susan K. Pitts and Becky Thompson - and we’ve built our lives around encouraging moms right in the middle of everyday life. What started with Susan’s quiet prayers as a young mom and pastor’s wife, and later Becky’s late-night Facebook check-ins with other moms awake at midnight, has grown into the Midnight Mom Devotional - a community where more than two million moms gather every night across social media to pray.

Susan has spent over forty years in ministry, walking alongside women and families with wisdom and compassion. She is the prayer director for the Midnight Mom Devotional and co-author of the MMD books.

Becky has spent the last decade creating resources to equip and encourage the heart of the momma. She's a bestselling author and national speaker who speaks honestly about faith and family.

Together, we bring two generations of heart and hope, blending real-life experience with Scripture and prayer.

We’re based in Oklahoma, and we live just a few blocks apart. Our lives model the power of intergenerational motherhood and ministry - moms encouraging moms across seasons of life.

We love moms because we believe the next revival looks like family - and that means a mom’s home is often the frontline of the battle. We know motherhood isn’t always easy. We’ve walked through our own hard seasons, and it’s the love of Jesus that compels us to share what we’ve learned - that He sees you, He loves you, and He offers real hope for all of your midnight moments.

Every resource we create is built on God’s Word and points to Jesus, because His love is the reason we do this. He is the source of peace, strength, and comfort for every momma who comes searching for hope in the middle of her story.

At the end of the day, our greatest joy is pointing moms to Jesus and reminding them that they aren’t alone.  Some days may feel like midnight, but the Son has risen and we will find all we need in Him.
